ZenZen terms of use

What ZenZen provides
ZenZen offers AI-generated text for reflection and general emotional wellbeing. You interact with software, not a human therapist. Answers can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. ZenZen does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or provide emergency response, and conversations are not monitored for emergencies. Seek qualified professional help for medical or mental-health decisions. If you are in immediate danger, use your local emergency services.
Your use and your information
Use ZenZen only where you can lawfully use the service and provide any required consent. Obtain a parent’s or guardian’s involvement where local law requires it. Do not use it for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, impersonation or attempts to evade security and usage controls. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority.
You remain responsible for what you enter and how you use an answer. Avoid identifying and highly sensitive details. The privacy notice explains account information, AI sharing, providers, storage and known legacy-data limitations. AI sharing requires a separate choice in the app. You can withdraw that choice to stop future AI requests.
Accounts and availability
ZenZen can create a guest account automatically. Keep access to your device and any linked sign-in method secure. Guest access does not guarantee recovery on a new device or anonymity. AI requests require a signed-in or guest Firebase account, device verification, AI-sharing consent and applicable usage limits. An invitation is not required by the current gateway. Network failures, verification failures, operational limits and maintenance can interrupt replies. Saved drafts and retry controls help with recovery, but uninterrupted service is not promised.
Purchases and subscriptions
Review the product, price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial eligibility shown by the store before confirming a purchase. Apple or Google Play handles store billing. RevenueCat helps verify access and restore purchases. These terms do not remove rights associated with an existing purchase, including any valid lifetime entitlement.
Account deletion, withdrawing consent and uninstalling do not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Manage or cancel it with the store that billed you: Apple instructions or Google Play instructions. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and your legal rights.
Deletion and stopping use
You can stop using ZenZen at any time. Device-history deletion, account deletion, provider-data requests and subscription cancellation have different effects. See account and data deletion for available controls, identity verification and outstanding legacy/provider cleanup. The app does not describe an incomplete deletion as verified complete erasure.
Updates and your rights
Features and these terms can change as ZenZen develops. Material changes will be explained through the app or updated documentation as appropriate.
